Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise plans) of the Sheetora platform operated by Sairin Technology.
1. Free Trial
New subscribers to the Pro plan receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features at no cost. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected.
2. Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to your Account Settings and clicking “Manage Subscription”
- Using the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account
- Emailing us at billing@sheetora.app
2.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- Your uploaded data and dashboards are not deleted. They remain accessible under Free plan limitations.
- If you had more than 3 datasets, they will become read-only until you reduce to the Free plan limit or re-subscribe.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Accidental charge after trial: If you forgot to cancel during the free trial and request a refund within 7 days of the first charge, we will issue a full refund.
- Service outage: If the Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period in error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of usage (subscriptions are non-prorated upon cancellation)
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the pricing page
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
3.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@sheetora.app with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for the refund request
- The billing date in question
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Plan Changes
4.1 Upgrading
When you upgrade from Free to Pro or from Pro to Enterprise, the new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
4.2 Downgrading
When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the higher-tier features until then.
