Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sheetora platform (“Service”) operated by Sairin Technology (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Sheetora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the Sheetora web application at sheetora.app
  • “User” refers to any individual who creates an account
  • “Workspace” refers to a collaborative environment within the Service
  • “Subscription” refers to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise)

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Use the Service to process illegal or prohibited data
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Sheetora. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to Sheetora features at no cost. Free plan limitations include a maximum of 3 datasets, 5 AI questions per day, and 1 workspace.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Free Trial

New subscribers to the Pro plan receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sheetora platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sairin Technology. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheetora and Sairin Technology are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sairin Technology, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Sairin Technology operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
